Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with order details and an estimated shipping time.

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, and other European countries.

Shipping Methods: We partner with international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

Express Shipping (available in selected regions): 7-10 business days (additional charges may apply)

Customized products may require extra production time depending on the complexity. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status on our website or the carrier’s website.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@loosktimes.com.

Possible Delays

Orders may experience delays due to:

Extended production time for customized items (+3-5 business days in some cases).

Customs clearance: Certain countries may require additional processing time.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or global events.

Special Reminders
●Pre-sale products may not apply to the above delivery lead time, customer service team will inform you accordingly.
●During peak periods, due to the high volume of orders, it may affect the delivery time. Please understand that if you have not received the goods long time after receiving the shipping confirmation, please wait patiently or contact the courier company.
●We will try our best to deliver the goods within the above estimated delivery lead time. If we fail to deliver within the estimated timeframe, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund of the payment. Other than that, we will not make any compensation to you.
●In case of special circumstances (such as warehouse stock take, holidays), Covid-2019,weather, manpower and other factors leading to delayed delivery or extended delivery time, customer service will notify the customer in advance.
After the buyer has left the message, the customer service will manually review the message. Therefore, if your order has a message, it will affect the normal delivery and delivery time limit.

●Express cannot ship to P.O Box.
●If the shipping address or information you leave is incorrect or not completed, it will directly lead to the failure to deliver or delay the delivery time.
●Changes in shipping address will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.
●If one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock or there are other conditions that cannot be delivered, Customer Service team will contact you in time and proceed with the subsequent cancellation of the order and refund process.


CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES
●Prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars. ( Excluding any Import Duties / Custom / VAT Charges etc. )
●Some countries may have Import duties, VAT taxes, Custom fees, brokerage fees, extra local carrier charges or other charges etc. issued by recipient’s local government or agents. Any such charges have to be taken care by the recipient because it goes to recipient countries development and welfare programs.
●Since duties and taxes differ from country to country so we are unable to provide estimation on same, we suggest you to contact your local customs office / agents for further information.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Shipping Fees and taxes will not be refunded for the packages that are refused due to Any Duties/Taxes at the recipient end.
