Our Warranty Service – Extra Protection for Your Timepiece
5-Year and 10-Year Warranty Coverage
For all watches and clocks valued above $1,500, we extend the warranty period to 5 years (2-year statutory warranty + 3 additional years).
Should the movement, striking mechanism, or other mechanical components develop a fault during the warranty period, your timepiece will be covered under our extended warranty service.
Many watches and clocks are also eligible for a 3-year warranty.
For selected watch and clock brands, we extend the warranty period to a total of 3 years (2-year statutory warranty + 1 additional year).
This service is provided completely free of charge and is automatically included with your purchase.
If a fault occurs in the movement, striking mechanism, or mechanical components during the warranty period, we will provide warranty service for your timepiece.

Scope and Exclusions of the Extended Warranty
Our extended warranty covers the movement, striking mechanism, and other mechanical components of your watch or clock.
For all listed brands, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance, incorrect operation, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
The following items are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:
- Battery replacement
- Damage to the watch crystal
- Scratches to the crystal
- Worn, damaged, or defective straps and bracelets
The warranty period begins on the date shown on the purchase invoice.
